Jason Smith attended an international economic and community development conference in France with a delegation from Norman. The delegation was led by Mayor Lynne Miller and was hosted by Michelin Tires. Norman was invited to participate based upon its Sister City relationship with Clermont-Ferrand, France, the host city. Smith and Chamber President Scott Martin delivered a presentation on public-private partnerships and economic development.
